The Pleasure Paradox
This last month I've taken a deep dive into Buddhism. It seems to give a path on how to abide in joy - without getting on the hedonic treadmill. Or as the Buddhists say, "stop sensation chasing." This podcast arrived in my fav spot - religion-meets-science.

I read this book this month and it messed me up . . . in a beautiful way. As someone who came from a Christian tradition, dabbling in a non-deist tradition was a real jolt. But Buddhism is on to something. It’s the oldest tradition! And I like old things
