I am an educator, an experience designer, facilitator and I’m really good at helping organizations responsibly scale. I’ve worked as a social impact consultant for going on two decades, working along side some amazing, world changing leaders. Recently I’ve expanded into the for-profit world, coming alongside venture studio leaders to bring their ideas to life. Now I bring best practices, and a full heart, to both for-profit and social impact work. Ultimately, I design experiences that invite people to grow, and support dynamic leaders do what they do best. I organize information so it is taught with efficacy, and ensures the application and integration of the new knowledge.
